How to Request a Payout
To be eligible for a payout, you must meet the following conditions:
Minimum Trading Days: At least 3 trading days with a minimum of 0.5% profit on each day, using a funded account.
KYC Requirement: You must have completed your KYC verification via Rise.
Once a payout request is submitted, we will process it within 24 hours. If we fail to do so, we will pay you extra $500 — unless your KYC is incomplete.
Please note: the 24-hour payout guarantee window only begins after your KYC is successfully completed.
