To request a payout, simply visit your payout section in Your dashboard once you are eligible.
Your current payout eligibility date will be visible in your AEON Dashboard. Payouts are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends), and in most cases, you will receive your profits within the same business day. However, depending on your payment method, it may take up to 1-3 business days for the funds to arrive. The entire process typically takes 1-3 business days.
You can receive your earnings through directly in cryptocurrency. We do not charge any commissions for payouts, but the payout processor may apply fees.
Once your payout is approved, we will send you an invitation link. You will also receive an email confirming that you can trade again. Please note that your account balance will be updated after the payout as part of our scaling program, allowing you to continue trading with your adjusted balance.

You must complete the KYC process to receive payouts.
If you are unable to complete KYC, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your payout.
